This is a short video of a drive through southern Colorado! First, Treasure Falls near Pagosa Springs is amazing! We visited in mid-Spring and it was still cold and icy, but you’ll see that in the video. It definitely was an amazing sight!
Next, the scenery along the drive was simply incredible! There was still a lot of snow on the ground as we made our way up toward Salida and onto Canon City, Colorado, where the wonderful scenery continued – we even got to see some mountain goats along the way! Another beautiful place in Colorado (and probably lesser known) is Florissant Fossil Beds National Park near Florissant, Colorado. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!
