Shrimp and Grits is one of Cupcake’s favorite foods and I think this recipe rivals any you’d find at a restaurant. It’s an easy to follow recipe with minimal ingredients, but the taste is out of this world!
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1/2 of one green bell pepper
- 3 pieces of fried bacon
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of butter (we prefer the garlic flavored)
- 3 cups of cooked grits (add 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to the grits while cooking)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
