We’ve completed the rear galley of our enclosed cargo trailer! The rest is coming along nicely and we’ll have that video up soon!
One of Cupcake’s MUST HAVES was a way to cook for us while we’re traveling, so I’m glad this worked out. One of the things we want to accomplish while we’re on the road (besides having a lot of fun and seeing a lot of amazing places) is losing a little bit of weight. Like many people, fast food, too much stress and too many hours watching TV have led us to being a little “chunky”. It’s not going to be a central part of our trip, but I hope you’ll see a weight difference in us during the course of the next few months. Wish us luck!
